About Acci
Acci is a premium contemporary womenswear label, founded and designed by Lauren Acciarito in Melbourne, Australia.
She has spent more than fifteen years in fashion design, and Acci is where that work became her own.
Lauren is Italian-Australian, and the brand carries that inheritance Italian at heart, contemporary in execution.
Prima Volta - the first time - is Acci's debut collection, and the first of the Acci wardrobes.
Each wardrobe is a considered capsule range designed to be worn together rather than as separate items. Wardrobe 01 is fourteen pieces: outerwear, knitwear, skirts and dresses.
The full collection is on the Shop page.
Care
Most Acci pieces are cold hand wash, separately, in a mild detergent- no bleaching, soaking or wringing, dried flat in the shade. The exact instructions for each piece are in Materials & Care on its product page.
No. Acci knitwear is cold hand wash in wool detergent, eased back into shape while damp and dried flat. Machine washing will felt and shrink the fibre.
Most pieces can be dry cleaned, though a few are better hand washed. The care label sewn into the garment is the instruction that matters- it is specific to that fabric and it overrides anything general you read elsewhere. The same instructions appear under Materials and Care on each product page if you would like to check before you buy.
Fold knitwear rather than hanging it, so the shoulders do not stretch, and keep it dry and out of direct sunlight.
Fabric & Materials
Drop One runs across coated cotton and cotton blends, wool blends, Australian merino and mohair. We also offer a variety of wovens in 100% Silk and Viscose Cupro blends. The exact composition for each piece is listed in the Materials & Care section of its product page.
Largely, yes. The collection is built on cotton, wool, merino and mohair, and every composition is listed in full on the product page so you can see exactly what a piece is made from.
Where a synthetic appears it is most often in a lining or a trim, where the piece needs it to hold its shape. We prioritise natural fibres and intend them to stay the majority of what we use.
Acci is designed in Melbourne by Lauren and our small team, and made in China by suppliers Lauren has worked with for many years. Those are longstanding relationships rather than one-off arrangements, and they are a large part of how the pieces come out the way they do.
Yes. The merino in our knitwear is Australian-grown and certified under the woolmark standard, which covers animal welfare and land management on the farms it comes from. Mohair is sourced separately; its composition is listed on the product page.
Sizing & Fit
Acci Drop One is made in XS, S, M, L and XL, with some knitwear and outerwear in XS/S, S/M, M/L AND L/XL. Every product page carries its own measurement table so you can check the exact piece you are looking at.
Open the Sizing Guide on any Acci product page. The measurements are in centimetres and taken flat from seam to seam, so the quickest check is to lay a piece you already own flat and compare.
Stella is 180cm tall and wears a size S in the Drop One imagery. The model height and size are noted at the top of the Sizing Guide on each product page.
Yes. Email hello@acciacci.com.au with the piece and your usual size and the Acci team will answer with the garment measurements.
It varies from piece to piece, and that's deliberate. Some styles are cut true to size and others are designed to sit relaxed, because the silhouette depends on it. The measurement table on each product page shows how that particular piece is intended to fit. If you'd like something closer or looser than the cut intends, size down or up accordingly.
It depends on the piece, because the cut varies from style to style. The measurement table on each product page is the most reliable guide- compare it against something you already own that fits the way you'd like. If you're still deciding between two sizes, write to us at hello@acciacci.com.au with the piece and your usual size, and we'll help you choose.

Ordering
Email hello@acciacci.com.au with your order number as soon as you can. If we hear from you within 12 hours of your order and the parcel has not already been packed, we can usually change or cancel it.
After that it depends on where the order has got to. If it has not left the studio we will do what we can. Once it has been dispatched we cannot recall it but you are still covered by our returns policy, which is 14 days from delivery within Australia and 21 days internationally.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payment - we never see or store your full card number.
Prices are shown in Australian dollars by default. If you are visiting from outside Australia, prices display in your local currency where we support it including US and Canadian dollars, pounds, euros, yen, and New Zealand and Singapore dollars.
You are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Your bank may add its own international transaction fee, which is set by them rather than by us.
If something you want is unavailable, use the Register Interest option on the product page and we will email you first if it comes back. Those registrations are also how we decide what to remake, so it is worth telling us.
Yes. Gift cards are not yet available to buy directly on the site, if you write to hello@acciacci.com.au with the amount and who it is for, and we will arrange it.
